To offer you the highest quality selection of products we print our products as soon as you order them and then ship them to you.  Please allow for processing and shipping time.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Sorry at this time we do not currently offer faster shipping methods but check back soon.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT ONLY RECEIVED A PACKAGE WITH ONE PRODUCT IN IT!

No worries, if you purchase multiple items we will sometimes ship them separately so that they can get to you as fast as possible. You should receive your other items shortly and follow the individual tracking numbers for each product that was emailed to you.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY ITEMS? 

( Tips to keep your travel gear looking fresh and new) 

  • Machine wash in cold water. 
  • Do not use bleach or other strong detergent products. 
  • Do not put your clothes in a machine dryer (natural air dry)
  • Wash similar clothes together and we're not just talking about colors.

 

RETURNS QUESTIONS

I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE AND WANT TO RETURN IT.

We are so sorry to hear you aren't happy with your products and are happy to help. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Gift cards
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
